Worst bank/service

I am displeased with the service at the Nedbank at Galleria in Amanzimtoti. I opened an account this year July but now my account has been blocked due to FICA, they are telling me that my ID on their system is old dates back to 2017. If how I do not know, as I am saying I opened the account this year July. My life has come to a stand still, I cannot even buy a loaf of bread but I have the money. What makes it worse is that they cannot even give me an exact time it will be active again. I ask to speak to a manager, he/she was not available. It is the worst service. If this is generally Nedbank I have to say it is terrible. How can you hold my funds for something that is not even my problem. Your consultant failed to have all documents, which I brought to the branch. Why now do I have to suffer for something I did not cause. To have money and not be able to use it. What kind of bank is this.
