Worst banking service

The worst experience ever! I opened up an account at Nedbank a few weeks ago and I am struggling to get my account activated. I need the money in my account but there's nothing I can do until it gets activated. I hate this bank Im closing this account as soon as possible. Your service is beyond poor.
