Worst banking experience of my life!!!!!! Fire that idiot at the door!!!

This has to be the worst experience of my life in a bank!!!! I've been waiting in a line to pick up a new card only to be passed by 3 other customers that came after me. The dumb guy at the door didn't alowcate a ticket to me and he made me wait aside while others where getting served!!!! I regret opening a nedbank account or even having vehicle financing with them!!! Nedbank Gateway socks!!!!!!!!!
