Worst banking experience

I have never experienced such a bad service from a bank, I am glad I moved my salary after my account was blocked due to a FICA restriction. I went to Vincent Branch yesterday & I was told that my credit card has been blocked due to a FICA restriction.

My profile has been blocked 5 times since March 2024. I have been calling the call centre the whole day, the consultants have been transferring me to all the other departments with no assistance.
