Worst Bank to FICA your account

<p>We have a business account with Nedbank. This account has been frozen since April 2017 because we need to FICA this account. I took all the relevant documents to Nedbank Hartbee****rt branch 3 times already but it is still FROZEN. FICA department blames Hartbee****rt Branch for not sending through the documents and the branch said that all documents were send through to FICA. I complained several times - they will retun my call - have not received ONE return call yet. Rather close your account - DO NOT TRY AND FICA YOUR ACCOUNT WITH NEDBANK - IT IS JUST NOT HAPPENING!!!!!!</p>
