WORST BANK TO EVER EXIST

To say Nedbank is the WORST bank ever would be an understatement, they’ve been holding money that was supposed to have been paid to sage since last week Friday, now I can’t work properly because they decided to hold the money for God knows why and the stupid transaction doesn’t reflect on my statement! Also why the hell does it take you so long for transections to appear on the stammtement?????I don’t even want to start with my Uber, I have tried for months and to get help cause the stupid card doesn’t want to work with Uber! Also the call centre agents? I’ve spoken to atleast more than 10 agents and they pretend to have sent a pop up message on my phone for me to accept, all 10 of them no message popped up on my screen and then they transfer me to another number that I once held for more than 30 minutes and no once answered! IT HAS NEVER BEEN ANSWERED! I’m definitely leaving this bank, what an underwhelming experience!🚮
