Worst Bank to deal with

If I could provide zero stars I will. Despite 2 visits to the branch (and multiple calls to the call centre), and receiving confirmation that my details is on order, Nedbank still sends me emails, sms's and voicemails telling me that I still need to get my details updated!

I do not know how to please this bank!
