Worst bank to deal with!

I have received the most pathetic service ever for the past week from Nedbank. I am beyond frustrated that as a long-term client of Nedbanks I am getting no response or feedback regarding one of my queries which were issued more than SEVEN working days ago [and counting] of which I was expected to receive a response between 3-5 working days. No communication, no feedback, no follow up - even as a courtesy! Each and every employee that has dealt with me has made commitments to provide me with feedback but each and every day I am inconvenienced by constantly following up - repeating my situation like I am insane - all this is on record as you guys clearly stipulate at the beginning of every call. I have also been denied access to speak to a manager. After this - I am no longer happy to be a client of Nedbanks and I have a number of products with you guys! Sending me on a witch-hunt to get some sort of feedback. Unacceptable. If I could give a negative one star for this review I would!
