Worst Bank to buy your first home !!!!

Nedbank is most definetely the most incompetant bank that one can take out a bond with . not even one of their personnel even knows how to assist you with the most stupidest enquiry and they just transfer you from one person to another without even having found out anything from you . We so regret buying our very first home through this bank which we by the way bank with . And now the house is already done and I don't even know if I freaken want it anymore .. I have been calling them from 14:00 today and its 17:00 now and I still have not yet received any worthy information yet . Worst bank ever .
