Worst Bank of the Year Award goes to Nedbank!

If there were awards for "The worst bank of the year" Nedbank would take the award. So after getting threatening messages from Nedbank debt collectors I received a call from them telling me that they are not getting payments on 25th of each month as agreed. But someone at their bank changed my debit order date after years and they started deducting on the 28th and sometimes on 29th. The consultant apologized and said she changed it back to the 25th. this happened yesterday on 18 August 2021 and behold! this morning I'm getting the threatening messages on my phone for legal action. It's either this bank is hiring people who do not know how to do their job or they just have the worst customer service ever.
