Worst damn service ever waiting a whole month over a month for a stupid account to be opened countless emails sent. Asked for Management to call they don't give a **** I am ****ing angry livered what type of place is this Mary Tshabalala and Marelyn what the hell are they working there for they can't get a simple ****ing application done. My God over a month still waiting to collect card what a disgrace honestly I wonder if they would be happy receiving this service if they were me. And they come with excuses that are irrelevant to me. Trying to make it my problem no hell get other jobs and find someone who know about customer service and who want to be there my hell my dog can do a better job than you really this Bank is useless. REALLY OVER A MONTH SHOULD NOT TAKE LONGER THAN A WEEK AT LEAST.
