Worst bank in the world

By far the worst bank I have ever interacted with. They really go out of there way to make your experience horrible.

Personal bankers arent available. Their approve it system drops calls. They refuse to cancel accounts. Their app doesnt work so you cannot get statements and if you call them to get statements they charge you extra per statement emailed.
