Most useless service I have ever received

I went into the branch to open an account 2 months ago - gave in all my docs to fica I received a sms to say I need to fica - so I phoned them to ask and they said it was an error all is okay Today I can't access any of my money! I got put through to 3 people - one said I have a business account, one said all is in order, the next person said I need to fica....

I don't have time to go into a branch!! I actually wor****!! Now I need to put in leave to go sort this nonsense out?

I am closing this account! you just lost a new client!!
