Worst Bank in the world

I hate this bank with a strong deep burning passion. I been banking with them since grade 4 and I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from joining the bank that does not value clients business and personal needs. Why do you authorize a payment deduction from my account without my consent . That is theft ...APO MANUAL PAY . I made arrangements and you didn't honor it , why are you punishing me for your incompetency . Two month in a row doing an APO MAUAUL payment. Why ? After the 25th of Jan 2018 I am leaving you and moving on and will never recommend even my worst enemy to join your bank . You are the worst bank in the history of banking
