WORST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA…Shame on you Nedbank!!!

We requested our title deed from Nedbank. The loan has been paid in full almost a year ago. 4 months ago we sold the property.We requested the title deed again.On further requests Nedbank can’t give us a answer as to where our title deed is at the moment. We tried the Gauteng Business manager, Rafi Cheyandaw, he refuses to answer us. The attorneys do not get answers from Nedbank, we dont get any answers…and in the meantime, the sale of the property cant register, because Nedbank either cant do their jobs or they have misplaced the deed, or they are already on holiday. This is pathetic! We have paid the loan in full. No moneys are due to Nedbank!Why are they refusing to give us our title deed? Is it lost or worse, ******? Come on,really Nedbank! You pride yourself in being the peoples bank, the best bank…well at this moment…you suck.By not giving the title deed,you can cause the transaction to fall through. We paid the loan in full. Your financial department cleared it…so why are you taking so long to give us our title deed? Is it missing? Tell the truth Nedbank!!!
