Worst bank in South Africa!

On 05/11/2019 I deposited money at the Ferndale on Republic Branch. The money did not go theough and the ATM did not return it either.

I then went into the branch to fill in a dispute. A week later, still no money, no help from the branch or their manager and they do not naswer their phones. All I want is my money back!
