Worst bank in South Africa

Worst possible service. Without contacting the customer they freeze your account and then like ****'s expect you to submit Fica forms before you can access your own money. Other banks request you to fill in fica forms, you fill it in and submit it. No frozen accounts, everything just work. Nedbank treats honest people like ********s. I will be closing all my Nedbank accounts and move to a bank that actually cares.
