Worst bank in South Africa

This bank has for a very long time not been of assistance in situations or challenges that I would have. My last and worst experience was when I by mistake sent money to an account that was no longer working & Nedbank made me fill in a recall form which I paid over R300 for the service only to be told the money sent to the wrong account can’t be returned. As soon as I return to SA I’m moving from this bank they are fancy for nothing but will make your life a living hell.
