Worst bank in South Africa

I have a dream make account with this bank when I tried to do a surrender, I was told no because Of some 5yrs or whatever. Opened it in May 2014 and I still can not get my money. I was told to wait for 1 May 2019 and now I’m being advised of August 2020. I will never use this bank even if my life deepened on it. This bank is the worst.
