Worst bank in South Africa

So Nedbank sends you an SMS in the beginning of December to say they will debit your account on 12 December. Who getsvtheir salary on 12 December anyway??? To not have this apply and to keep your debit order on its original date you need to reply to that SMS by stating OPT OUT. Which I did but needless to say as soon as my salary was deposited into my account my debit orders were deducted. Three days later and on the proper debit order date the debit orders are deducted from my account again. Only to be told they can only be reversed in 3 working days. 3 working days at this point in time means next week some time with all the pu lic holidays. I am sooo annoyed. Nedbank can never get anything right. Everything is always a fight with them. So unsatisfied. So unprofessional. Nedbank really knows how to mess up one's Christmas!!!
