Worst Bank in SA! Poor Service

I was depositing money at one of their ATMs at Carlton Centre, Johannesburg and the machine restarted while the deposit was still in process. The machine did not return a slip or the money. Its been 17 days since this happened and i have to 3 different consultants on different days trying to resolve this issue and i have 3 different reference numbers. Till today that money has not been deposited into the respective account. What a disappointing service!!!! Their service at the Carlton Centre branch is the pits!!! The worst bank in South Africa!! I would not recommend it to anyone who wants convenience.
