WORST BANK - GROUPS

I have a club account with this organisation, me and my group of ladies entrusting this institution with our club MONEY I can safely say to anyone do not open an account with these people...RUN , rather bank with FNB , we have debit orders running on that account and they have frozen our account, however they are not interested in assisting us to resolve this FICA ISSUE. We have been to the Springs mall branch on 4 different occasions without any assistance. Divine touch Burial and social club is our club name, and at best i can describe them as pathetic. honestly i have run out of patience with trying to resolve their FICA process. i do not know if they are running a bank or a circus . we want to close this account and get our money back because of their lack in doing their job.. you call the head office they drop the phone on you.. your staff at the springs mall branch are rude unprofessional and don't want to work on Saturdays, they turned us back home telling us they FICA once a month, at this point i'm gathering all the ladies and reporting NEDBANK to the OMBUDSMEN. ONCE A MONTH. who FICAs once a month?? we are working women. we want our back NEDBANK
