Worst bank for customers

Legal department is the worst department is in Nedbank and actually overall this bank doesn't care about anyone. I even logged complaint and my complaint was resolved without resolving it. Mondli is tge roude guy from legal who tells the customer that why you are calling again and again. Dignity is the person from complaint department who just close the case without resolving it just to complete here SLA and have KPI completed.

I am calling every day to resolve the issue but pillar to post but no resolution. Worst bank when it comes to customers.
