Worst Bank for a BOND ever

We have decided to cancel our home loan with Nedbank. I have tried phoning to get a settlement letter with calculation with regards to what they sent to our attorneys for the new bond. They are unable to help via Telephone and when mailing they just don't get back to you.

Main reason for moving our bond is that in no way did they ever let us feel like clients but as if they are doing us a favor regarding the bond and we have to be happy with whatever they provide.

Will never recommend this bank. ABSA has been nothing but accommodating and open with regards to negotiations ect.
