WORST BANK EVER...unresolved cc transactions

No credit to spend on my credit card however x3 R2000 worth of transactions going off on my account and still no feedback from the bank or ***** department what the heck is going on however they made sure this is being added to my outstanding balance TO PAY!. The worst bank and the worst service I ever received in my life. I need to funds I haven't spend. This is internal *****ulent happening in this bank.
