Worst bank ever to deal with. Your service is absolutely below poor

Nedbank is by far the worst bank to deal with. I'm livered by the level of service I received from this bank. I have been calling the legal department from the last two hours the calm centre just don't care about your as an individual they will just transfer you. I have told them to get ahold of the other people and then transfer me but they just dont listen. I have been cut off. The calm has been dropped on me. I'm sorry but I can't do this anymore all I want is a paid up letter. Is this so hard to get. I don't ever want to deal with this bank again. They suck thier service sucks.i personally don't Know how they are still operational.
