Worst Bank ever they shouldn't even try Compare themselves to other Banks.

Good day

Nedbank is just about the most useless and worthless bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I was given details to activate my online banking which was declined and blocked by your website when I phone in to obtain assistance first they are unable to find me on system and then when to do find me I get told that I have to go to your out-dated warn out branches and wait for 45 minutes to reactivate my internet banking. If they do it over the phone for you then all you limits drop down to R1 and you have to go into your nearest out-dated warn out branch to increase your limits because unlike all other banks (FNB/Standard bank and even Capitech) were you can change your limits with their online banking you can’t with Nedbanks online banking.

You guys are so behind on service levels it’s not even funny its actually embarrassing, with FNB you can change and reset you FNB online banking via there online assistance services as well as change details, increase or decrease limits. This is all available with their most basic and smallest debit account.

I now have to try and find a way to pay the people I need to pay in time as I cannot use your flipping useless online banking because I can’t get to one of your out-dated warn out Branches to do what should be available to do online.

I will never in my life suggest anybody use Nedbank as they are so out-dated and useless its actually sad.

Please can someone get back to me by the 1 of February 2018.

Oh and when you complain on hello peter you get the generic response form Net Bank

“We are sorry about the trouble you are experiencing. We at Nedbank strive to make great banking happen for our clients. One of our resolution managers will contact you during business hours to help resolve your complaint. Kind regards Client Experience Team”

This is absolutely pathetic and just so SAD.
