WORST BANK EVER SINCE FOREVER!!!!

I closed my account with Nedbank on the 07 April 2021 and till date my account is active probably accumulating fees. The lady that assisted was old the service was terrible but I’m not one to argue with a women that’s old enough to be my mother. The strange thing is after taking time from work to go to one of the branches I still received promotional SMSes and that was definitely strange, suddenly today a lady calls from retention department to confirm that the account is still active and has a negative balance. I already knew that their service IS TERRIBLE but now I’m out of words. They **** people none and say it’s service fees, money is deducted with no VALID reason, they allow third parties into your account and then you are the one that gets charged for reversals. THEN WHY KEEP MY MONEY WITH YOU IF UOU CANNOT PROTECT IT!!!!!!better off stashing is inner my mattress.
