Worst bank EVER. Sandra Van Nel

I opened a business account with Netbank and transferred my own money between accounts, and Nedbank blocked my account and my personal account from another bank. I have been talking to Sandra Van Nel, who cannot assist me. How is it possible that a bank has this power? Why was my account not paused and I not called before freezing all?
