Worst bank ever no response ever

So Transferred money frim my just save account to be paid directly into an fnb loan account i jad3. That 7 may 2020. Till today nedbank hasn't cleared the money to fnb and none of their consultants are willing to help. I have on email fnb confirming they never received the money from nedbank but nedbank just doesn't respond somone will act like they helping you then suddenly go mute in you wjen u follow up.even the manager samantha went mute on me.i honestly don't know what to do anymore
