Worst bank ever - *****!!!!!!!

I’m trying to report a ********** transaction on my Nedbank Credit Card for almost R48,000.00. Nobody is willing to assist as the transaction still shows Pending on my side. I can’t even stop it called the Call Centre and the ***** department. They refuse to give me their names. Nobody can stop the transactions from going. Kanti what the hell is this bank doing not even trying to assist their customers against ********** transactions. Been banking with them for over 10 years and have several products. Once this issue is sorted I’m taking all my accounts to another bank. This service is unacceptable.
