Worst bank ever for loans

In December i finished my loan by transfering the outstanding amount on the 20th Dec to my loan account. I also did the same thing with my previous loan. 10 days after my payment and a clear loan account nedbank added interest cost. And now that i am query it they giving me a settlement amount on the interest they added 10 days after i finish paid off the loan.
