Worst bank ever!

I do not even know I opened a current account with this bank. Went to the Northgate Branch to submit FICA documents last month. I try perform a transaction yesterday on my account and they have blocked me! I cant access my own funds!!!!!I have spoken to 4 agents in the past two days, one telling to go to the branch, the nerve! Now I must be inconvenienced because someone did not process my FICA documents? My inquiry is not a priority to this bank ,I called their complaints and when the line cut, agent did not even bother to call back. Not even my email to their complaints department warranted for someone to call me back, instead they send me auto messages with reference numbers! I want this account closed
