Worst bank ever

My mom opened an account with Nedbank so that she can receive her SRD grand and child grand in it, the consultant who was helping her at the SASSA offices told her that it was a zero interest free charges. But end of 2022 they started deducting R250 saying they were bank charges since her account was premium, she went to the branch to complain called the Nedbank call centre countless times but with no help till now and she doesn't receive any notification when she receives money or makes any transactions. She called again last week spoke to three people who said they will get back to her after taking her information.
