Worst bank ever

I am experiencing issues with Nedbank, to get my funds back. I Accidently deposited money into fixed deposit. I have been told that I can only get the funds after they have deducted a penalty, which is more than the interest earned over a year.

Kindly I want nothing to do with Nedbank.

I have issues with app. No one seems to care. Thank you

Nedbank is worst, FNB is still the best.
