WORST BANK EVER DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL PATHETIC
WHO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WHEN I HAVE BEEN PAYING WHAT I CAN AFFORD EVERY MONTH BUT YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO DEBIT ALMOST R4**** FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, I HAVE BEEN PAYING A SET AMOUNT FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND NOW DURING THIS TIME YOU FEEL ITS OKAY JUST TO TAKE MY MONEY. I HAD AN ARRANGEMENT AND EVERY WEEK FOR 3 WEEKS SOMEONE CALLED AND I ADVISED IT STAYS THE SAME... WHO DO YOU PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE....... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

28 Jul 2020, 09:19Their PROCESSES do not work - its whats convienient for them, first they check every 3 months then they bombard you with endless calls, then they quiet, then the go ahead and deduct money off your account that you did not authorise,then they tell you, its your account you must sort it out if they dont call again i must phone....... WHAT EXACTLY IS THE PROCESS.......... I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO NEDBANK FOR ANYTHING ANYMORE.. DISGUSTING

I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY GUGU AND I SPOKE TO LEAH AS WELL AND NOW MONEY IS MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT WHO ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH GAVE YOU THE RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
