WORST BANK EVER

Whatever you don't make Nedbank your main bank. This is the worst bank you can ever bank with. My account was debited twice and when I called to make an arrangement I was told it's not possible. The system cannot not allow that to happen due to the account being on R0.00. I pleaded with the lady to reverse the second debit order and at least debit the amount twice end of January 2025 and she told me that she can't... THE SYSTEM! A system is not rigid... I regret ever going to Nedbank for assistance. Never again and I would never recommend Nedbank to anyone close to me.
