WORST BANK EVER!

If you want to waste your time please go ahead and bank with Nedbank. After 2 applications and a couple of complaints and various escalations, I was then told that my case was closed and I need to log another case and do another application its been a constant back and forth battle for 34 days, and trust me they say they will call back and they never bother too! I am actually really disappointed at how a whole bank that manages money can get it this wrong?! and they don't seem to even care or be bothered. I've spoken to about 10 people including team leaders kuyafana! I have about 6 reference numbers! SIX?? 3 of which are complaints! I came out with another credit card account whichnis not what I asked for! yoh Nedbank is a complete waste of time and energy.
