Worst bank ever!!!! Bunch of ******!!!!

<p>Someone paid R300 into my account by accident via EFT. The person phoned the bank and were told that I need to call the bank to reverse the funds. I did so but was told that the person who transferred the money needs to go to the branch. The person did but was told that it would cost R350 to recall the item. That costs more to return the transaction than the R300 she paid into my account. No one at your call centre wants to help her or me to return the funds. Your bank is ***** and I will never in my life refer any one to NEDBANK.</p>
