WORST BANK EVER!!!!

I took a loan in 2019 the terms were 48 months then Covid hit and I requested for a decrease in the monthly payment since I couldn't afford to pay fully. 2022 I called in and ask for the amount in areas so I can settle and have my account in good standing and I was told I needed to pay 25000 which I did cash but only to realise that my terms have been changed after paying for 3 whole years I was now sitting on 93 terms .

I called in several times to try and get answers but nothing all I'm told is that the amount I was given was in correct and they will check why my terms changed and call back but Never!

I am suppose to be finishing this loan in September but according to their records I am still left with 36 months to pay and I still don't understand how and why. NEDBANK IS A ****.
