Worst bank ever

Nedbank has become the worst bank of the 4 top banks. Can't even transact online as the otp never comes, you wait for ages & still doesn't come which becomes a huge inconvenience. If you are failing Nedbank better to close & let those equipped do what you can't. Your IT department is failing you big time . You go in the branch you get poor service l drag going into the branch & currently have a card that is due for collection since June.
