Worst bank ever

Nedband is the worst bank one can rely on. My money app was suspended without anyone alerting me off. The ***** department did not even care to make me aware I just saw my profile being suspended. Now I need to go to the branch and I work very very odd hours I don't get time to go to the branch. Can this not be fixed without going to the branch or should I just leave nedbank and use another bank?

I have never been this frustrated by a bank like this
