Worst bank ever

I opened a current account telephonically with them start of July 2023 to switch my salary to. Got email with copy of my application, Fais acknowledgement and confirmation of account, salary swith letter. To my surprise it was someone else's personal information sent to me. Only the account confirmation letter was in my name. Now I'm stressing because what then happened to my personal info? Home address, ID number,account details, contact and email details.Called the customer support and the guy said he was so sorry and the applicable consultant will contact me and send me my correct documents, wh8ch of course never happened. Sent email to complaints department and got response from a Kamal, assuring me it's a serious matter and will get me feedback in a few days. A week goes by,no Kamal. Sent email again to follow up, Kamal reply that will he sorted end of the week. Mmmmm nothing..Sent email again the following week, Kamal again reply ,they looking into the matter. 3 weeks later, I had to email Kamal AGAIN and Kamal then send some unimpressive email that my personal info weren't compromised(I'm not at ease,wheres my proof?) Then it takes me a other email to Kamal to ask when I'll be getting my correct documents, Kamal never thought to send me that. Finally 4 August I get an email with the supposed documents, but of course Sent in a weird format that I'm unable to open. In conclusion, I'm closing the account because there's no way that I'm letting such *********** people have access to my finances. Thank heavens I never switched my salary(was waiting for my documents before doing so).
