Worst Bank ever!!

Nedbank phoned me to offer me a bank account, I approved this and gave them my ID and proof of residence on the day they delivered my card, I have not used it for about 2 months, last week in order to activate my card, I transferred money into the account, Saturday morning I went to my nearest branch - In Mall@reds - to change my pin and update a few things on the account. I kept using my until i was standing in Food *****s Market where all of a sudden my card kept declining, i went to the ATM to withdraw cash only to get the message \Do Not Honor""; they just blocked my account! I sent my proof of residence to Nikhyle Ganess at the Reds Mall branch to get it sorted;he told me it will only be done tomorrow...So i have to be without money for 3 days because of Nedbank's incompetence! I want this sorted today or i will take further actions!"""
