Worst bank ever!!!

This is the worst bank ever, they ignore customer complaints and requests. They don't reply emails, they drop calls and never refund money owed to you by Sars, they just take and take and take and think they own the law and no one else have rights. They even transfer money for living expenses from your account and do everything without your consent. This is been the worst experience of my life. They act like they own your hard earned money.
