WORST BANK EVER!

You people are actually unbelievable, this is the worst paid-up letter I have ever seen. What do you mean if any money reverses??????? I've never reversed any money, even during Covid I increased my payment to pay this off!!! Why would I be that shallow to reverse anything! It's been horrible dealing with you people in the first place on a loan that I never even took out with you, you bought it over from another bank! I have increased my payments a few times to get this paid-up faster and this is the pathetic letter I get????? I will never recommend Nedbank to anyone ever!!!! And I definitely would never make use of your bank at all! GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
