Worst bank ever

Nedbank is just the worst bank ever, I've been banking with them for just over 6 years and I always asked myself why I stayed with them for so long, the level of client service is just abysmal. I'm so happy that I finally decided to switch banks, they owe me a refund for 2 months now and they've been sending me from pillar to post for so little money, I worked hard for it and I want it, I just worry about other poor south Africans who just give up. MR CEO the service your people clients is pathetic
