Worst bank ever!

Nedbank is becoming like Capitec very bad, a hold was put on my account but they can't tell me why this is so frustrating.

Why do we pay fees for banks? To do absolutely nothing!

Please close my account as I am not interested in banking with a bank that doesn't have my interest at heart!
