Worst bank ever

Nedbank Home loans has no staff honestly, they are all *********** they all do not know how to answer the simplest question they will transfer you from one call to another and those calls being answers by bunch of idiots. One of the *********** employee decode to debit R2940 on my home loan on top of my normal home loan installment i have called to complain about this several times with no luck. Now they have decided to increase mt instalment with =out any interst rates going up. There is always something new to **** you off. I regret getting my homeloan with them and wish i could tell anyone who is applying their home with them to stay away if they want peace of mind. Pooooooor service with rude consultants who are ***********.
