Worst Bank ever

Worst bank ever,I have been with NEDBANK since 2008 but I have been disappointed over and over again. A ********** online purchase was done on my behalf and I queried the amount and I was told someone use mu card number due to that I have to change my card witout being advised I was charged the LOST CARD FEE while this is not my fault. I contacted the call centre and I was advised a MANAGER is going to call me that was on Thursday last week (16-08-2019) I have not received any call or money reversed. I went to o follow up on Monday still no call nor reversal I am sick and tired of this bank I am jumping off this ship.
